Hunter Hillenmeyer will replace Brian Urlacher in the starting lineup.
Overview: I don’t know if there is really such a thing as a “must win” in the second week of the season, but after the loss to Green Bay, the injury to Brian Urlacher and the lackluster performance by Jay Cutler, the Chicago Bears need to get some positive vibes in week two if they want to fulfill the expectations of those who have the Bears playing in Super Bowl XLIV come next February.
Unfortunately, it won’t get any easier for the Bears this week as they host the defending Super Bowl Champion Pittsburgh Steelers.

Brian Urlacher will miss the remainder of the 2009 season after suffering a dislocated wrist in the season opener.
The Chicago Tribune confirmed their report that Brian Urlacher will miss the rest of the season. Here’s what they had to say:
“Brian did have surgery this morning and he is out for the remainder of the season,” team spokesman Jim Christman said.
Urlacher himself told the paper via text message that his “season is over.”
This is a really bad break for the Bears, but they do have a veteran in Hunter Hillenmeyer, who has started 51 games in seven seasons with the Bears.
Good luck Hunter because there is already talk about the Bears adding former Buc, Derrick Brooks to the roster.

Will Brett Favre still be playing when the Bears travel to Minnesota on November 29?
Bears players Brian Urlacher, Lance Briggs and Adewale Ogunleye spoke up about Brett Favre’s return to the NFC North with the Minnesota Vikings, here’s what they said:
Urlacher: “What will he bring to the division? The same thing he did last time, it doesn’t matter [that he's getting older]. He’s still Brett Favre. I don’t think it’s going to be that big of a change. Better running game, obviously, than he had in the past. Other than that, he’s the same guy, he’s a great competitor; he likes to compete, man. He’s going to go out there and give it his best every Sunday; you know that. He’s won a bunch of games, thrown a lot of touchdown passes and broken a bunch of records.”

Brian Urlacher is excited about the prospects for 2009.
Bears leader and star linebacker Brian Urlacher has been selected to six pro bowls in nine seasons with the Bears. He recently spoke up about the talent around the team, this is what he had to say:
“I think this is the best team I’ve been on going into training camp since I’ve been here, there’s no doubt about that. If you look at each position, we stack up pretty well versus every team in the NFL. We’ve just got to stay healthy, have a good training camp and get to the season.”
